When did you begin the flute?

I began playing flute around the age of 11.

 

Why to have chosen this instrument?

 I chose the instrument because I naturally loved the sound of the flute.

 

What do you prefer to play?

 I prefer to play in venues that have nice acoustics.

 

 

Which is your more beautiful memory of flute?

I have many beautiful memories of playing the flute, I have very fond memories of playing music with my father who plays piano.

 

Which is your worst memory?

.My worst memory Is having to play the flute outside in the rain and being worried that the rain water would damage my flute.

 

Where do you dream to go to play?

I dream to play music in Europe.

 

Did you already play as a flute soloist in an orchestra?

I have been a guest soloist with an Orchestra production of KC Roberts record entitled Sides. It was a string orchestra, jazz big band, funk rhythm section and I recorded an improv. I was very proud to be a part of this production. I play a western concert flute, as well as alto sax tenor sax and piano

 

Your preferred music?

My preferred music is jazz.

 

Which is your objective as a flutist?

My objective as a flutist is to pay respect to the tradition of both classical flute studies and jazz language while bringing this into more modern contexts.
